Normani to Make Film Debut in ‘Freaky Tales’ / Sundance 2024 Premiere Date Set

Normani fans may be patiently awaiting new music from the star, but it turns out she has more than new tunes in the pipeline for her supporters.

For, it’s been announced that the ‘Wild Side’ hitmaker will be making her big screen debut in the new movie ‘Freaky Tales.’

And it’s set to make its debut at one of the most renowned festivals in the world.

Moments ago, ‘Freaky Tales’ was confirmed to screen at the Sundance Film Festival 2024.

Directed by Ryan Fleck and penned by Anna Boden, the movie is set in 1987 Oakland.

A mysterious force guides The Town’s underdogs in four interconnected tales: Teen punks defend their turf against Nazi skinheads, a Rap duo battles for Hip-Hop immortality, a weary henchman gets a shot at redemption, and an NBA All-Star settles the score.

Normani joins a cast that includes Pedro Pascal, Jay Ellis, Dominique Thorne, Ben Mendelsohn, and Ji-Young Yoo.

The Sundance Film Festival 2024 takes place January 18–28, 2024.

News of Normani’s latest venture comes on the heels of her signing a major new management deal.

        Summer is more relevant and successful than Normani. Her last album debuted at #1 and her first #2. Normani can’t even drop an album, and if she did it wouldn’t debut in the top 10.

        Normani’s “Hits” are because of other singers who collabed with her lol. Her biggest songs to date are because of Sam Smith and Khalid’s presence. Way to disrcredit them in your little stan response I suppose.
